What owning a D'Cocina means

Everything you need to cook with confidence.

  • A proven menu

Dishes that already fill our three restaurants, from sizzling sisig to kare-kare.

  • Commissary supply

One central commissary kitchen keeps every branch consistent, so every plate tastes like home.

  • Training

We teach you how the kitchen and the welcome work, and you learn from the people who run them.

  • Recruitment support

Help finding and welcoming the right people to your team.

  • A brand with a community behind it

D'Cocina belongs to a wider Filipino community, so you never open alone.

The goal

Towards 30 D'Cocina franchises across the UK.

Three restaurants are open and serving today. Each new franchise adds another table where the community can gather.

Bayanihan (community spirit) means we grow together: the more of us, the stronger each of us is.
