MASAGANA Group of Companies Ltd (company number 17559030, registered in England & Wales) runs this website and is the controller of any personal information described here.

Our registered office is 5 Reeceton Gardens, Bolton, England, BL1 5BG.

We keep this simple. We collect only two kinds of information:

• What you send us. If you contact us by email (or on Viber, if we offer it), we receive your message, your name and address or number if you give them, and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Anonymous page analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

This website does not use cookies, so there is no cookie banner. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.

We use what you send us to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. We use analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

• Replying to your message is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, or, if you are asking us to take steps before an agreement, to deal with that request.
• Anonymous analytics is our legitimate interest in running and improving the website.

We keep emails and messages only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows from it, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your message sooner, we will. Analytics data is anonymous and is kept by Vercel under its own retention rules.

This website is hosted by Vercel, Inc., which processes technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages and provide Vercel Web Analytics. Vercel is based in the United States, so this can involve transferring information outside the UK, with the safeguards required by UK law.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• ask us to delete your information
• ask us to limit or stop how we use it
• object to us using it
• ask for it in a portable format where that applies
